Pupils hunt treats in the forest
When our reception class went down to the woods, they were sure for a big surprise.
On Friday, October 9, the class held a Teddy Bears Picnic during their afternoon forest school session.
They were asked to bring their own teddies in to take part in the fun activities, which included a bear hunt and hide and seek, where the cuddly creatures were put in different parts of the forest for the pupils to find.
The day before class members baked their very own teddy bear biscuits in preparation for the picnic, and they also had bear crisps and the ever popular Barney bear cakes.
