Half term programme hailed a success
A Minisports Week held at the school during half term has been hailed a success.
The week long initiative, which ran from October 19 to 23, saw our children take part in a host of fun-filled activities throughout the five days in a new scheme launched by the school.
As well as some well-known sports such as football, rugby and hockey, there was also a number of quirky sports to try for the first time – including Forest School Games, Orienteering and Footgolf.
The week finished with the eager pupils ducking and diving during a Dodgeball session, and there was also swimming and a five-a-side football tournament to finish off the week.
