Prospective pupils visit
Prospective pupils and their families descended on Rydal Penrhos Prep School for our annual Open Morning event.
Mrs Smith and Mrs Hind began by addressing those who attended on Friday, October 6, and spoke about how the “one school” ethos benefits each child.
Guests were then given a special tour of the Prep School by current pupils, who spoke about their own experiences during their time at the school, and also answered any questions people taking the tour had on each area.
All areas of the school were a hive activity, with everything from academic prowess, musical talent and artistic qualities on display.
There was also a significant amount going on at the picturesque Forest School, which is another hugely valuable addition to Rydal Penrhos and aids learning outside of the classroom considerably.
Mrs Hind, said: “Our Open Morning is always one of the most important dates on the calendar, and we would like to thank all those who gave up their time to visit us and see just what we can offer their child.
“Having our wonderful pupils give the tours ensures that the visitors get the best information first hand from those that are currently experiencing it, and I would also like to offer them my sincerest thanks for ensuring the morning as smoothly as possible for what will hopefully be future generations of Rydal Penrhosians.”
