At its heart, Aiglon College is a community; a community of teachers, of students, of parents, of alumni, and of professionals dedicated to the school. The act of coming together as a community, for meditations, for celebrations, for performances, and for reunions has always been central to the philosophy of life envisioned by John Corlette. Today, as in the past, Aiglon’s growth and success hinges on the ability of our community to come together. Yet the original buildings in which we have gathered for decades are no longer sufficient.
To address this reality, the next large project of Aiglon’s Campus Masterplan focusses on the construction of a new Assembly and Arts Building. In addition to providing a venue large enough for gatherings of all types, this structure will provide much needed, updated facilities for our music and drama programmes, as well as exhibition and reception space. The new structure, which will be located centrally on our campus, will be built by the award winning firm of Durisch + Nolli Architetti.
