Notice how you are feeling during these uncertain times, it is ok to feel sad, lonely (even when the house is full) or even anxious.
You may also be feeling happy and excited spending quality time with your family.
Keep a diary to externalize your thoughts talk to mum and dad, teachers and friends.
Notice those around you remember your parents are human too, missing family, hating the change in routine, the constant reminder of why they never became teachers (despite all of the holidays) and not getting to escape to work for a “rest”!
Let them know you get it and take time to talk and connect.
